 It is not well known YET throughout Dallas, but Uptown regulars may already be aware that State & Allen offers a brilliant selection of desserts. All of our desserts and bread are baked fresh in house by our Pastry Chef, Penelope Ryholt. Please note that our desserts change frequently to match the seasons.

 

White Chocolate Mousse Cake - Layer of dark chocolate cake filled with white chocolate mousse, berries and covered with dark chocolate ganache. 

Butterscotch Pudding with brandied whipped cream, fresh berries and cookies. 

Banana Tart Tatin with rum caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream.
